68jil Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 68jil ("68jil," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 68jil platform accessible at https://68jil.club and any related services, applications, or products offered by 68jil (collectively, the "Platform").

68jil is an online gaming platform operating under Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory guidelines, offering slots, live casino games, sports betting, bingo, card games, and other gambling-related entertainment to eligible players in the Philippines.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand and agree to be bound by them, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 68jil Platform.

To register and maintain an active 68jil account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted and where 68jil is authorized to offer services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 68jil or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or regulatory order prohibiting you from gambling.
• You have not previously had a 68jil account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

68jil reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PhilHealth card, voter's ID, or National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 68jil Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein, subject to applicable law.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 68jil is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 68jil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• 68jil will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• 68jil reserves the right to require password resets and additional identity verification at any time.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed and may be required at any other time as determined by 68jil or as required by PAGCOR regulations. Providing false documentation during the KYC process constitutes fraud and will be reported to appropriate Philippine authorities.

All transactions on the 68jil Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 68jil accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your legal name. 68jil does not accept third-party deposits.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account matching your verified 68jil account name and identity.
• Deposits are generally credited within seconds for GCash and Maya. Other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• 68jil reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with PAGCOR or law enforcement directives.
• Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to transaction limits as communicated on the Platform from time to time.
• 68jil does not charge fees for standard GCash and Maya deposits. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees — these are the responsibility of the Player.

Any transaction believed to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable law may be reversed, held, or reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

68jil offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new 68jil players on their first qualifying deposit. The match percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirements are as specified in the current welcome bonus offer published on the Platform.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated in each offer's terms. Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through bet manipulation, use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other strategy that 68jil determines constitutes bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of related winnings, and possible account suspension.
• Time Limits: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated in the offer terms.
• 68jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

All games available on the 68jil Platform — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, Callbreak, Super Keno, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the Platform, as well as these Terms.

• Slot games and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by recognized gaming testing laboratories. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real time with physical cards, dice, or wheels by trained professional dealers. Results are physically verifiable and are not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server disconnection, game software error, or streaming failure — 68jil will resolve the matter in accordance with its malfunction policy. Generally, all bets placed prior to a verifiable malfunction will be honoured; bets affected by the malfunction may be voided and returned.
• Sports betting is subject to additional rules specific to each market, including settlement procedures, cancellation policies, and void bet conditions, as stated on the relevant markets within the Platform.
• 68jil reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on incorrectly priced markets, or in circumstances where the outcome is known prior to the market closing.
• Any Player found to be using software bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting system to interact with the Platform will have their account suspended immediately and any resulting winnings forfeited.

68jil is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk, and the house edge means that over a sufficient number of rounds, the casino has a mathematical advantage. No strategy or system eliminates this long-term statistical reality.

68jil provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 68jil Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an account.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction prohibited under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided.

All content on the 68jil Platform — including but not limited to the 68jil brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of 68jil or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without 68jil's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of 68jil intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

68jil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. By creating an account on 68jil, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time by contacting our support team, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.

68jil may be required to share player information with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other Philippine regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable law and without prior notice to the affected player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68jil and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

68jil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 68jil does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 68jil is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or any other cause outside of 68jil's reasonable control.
• Gambling involves financial risk. 68jil is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by players using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

68jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity, including money laundering or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any competent Philippine authority requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Player request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified cash balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees, forfeited bonuses, or amounts required to be withheld by law will be returned to the Player via their last registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The regulatory framework applicable to 68jil's operations is established by PAGCOR under Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended) and related issuances.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 68jil's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. 68jil will acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and will aim to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 68jil's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or to the competent courts of the Philippines, with jurisdiction in Manila. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

68jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 68jil will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued access to or use of the 68jil Platform after the effective date of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
